Rolling and Roiling My Eyes...
Hey, uh, buddy, you may not be as "straight" as you are claiming....
Just like certain people aren't as good and Godly as they pretend.
Yesterday I was having something of an emotional hot mess of a meltdown because yet again at church a pile of folks brought dogs into the sanctuary and it made my asthma go haywire after almost two weeks of bonkers haywire reactions. I am considering my options including turning this place into the health dept. here. Today I am better, but I woke up and took one look at my normally beautiful and relaxing looking side of the bedroom and see what looks like the doings of a junkie = multiple pairs of abandoned shoes on the bedside rug and so many empty dropped where they fell all over the nightstand nebulizer vials. I guess when I'm in that state I am the worse of junkies, not worried about keeping everything tidy like normally. So I'm cleaning the bedroom this am after another neb use. I do have a cute little cat hook that I'm about to glue to the side of the nightstand to hold a bag housing all those abandoned plastic vials. I wish there was a way here to recycle them.
Ugh. I've gotten off the beaten path of what I wanted to say and ended up in the weeds again.
So this morning the husband dashes in here to tell me about his voting over something involving wages on the church board. Apparently the Ogress was demanding higher wages. They do pay her a tiny pittance compared to churches in the USA, but churches in the USA would never let one person control all those different things with a checked out pastor.
The husband was patting himself on the back because he voted not to increase the wages of those working for the church, and the Ogress folded faster than Superman on laundry day while she was doing the positive ego stroking thing she does right before trying to breech a big boundary with an insane ask. It is coming. It just hasn't happened yet. She's not getting that salary increase either it seems.
I am completely indifferent to the wages issue.
I started thinking about this because I saw a list of how a narcissist behaves after being told "no" and she's now cycled through the entire list since the husband told her we weren't allowing her to swim here any longer. The only one she'd neglected is the over the top love bombing/complimenting one. We have reached that level.
It is still always going to be a no from both of us.
